This Privacy Policy explains how ViaBridge, Inc. ("ViaBridge," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information through viabridge.io (the "Site") and the ViaBridge platform (the "Platform," and together the "Services"). It applies to website visitors, prospective customers, and authorized platform users.

We use only essential cookies necessary to operate the Site and Platform (e.g., session and security cookies). We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide any required consent mechanism.

We share personal information with: service providers/processors (hosting, email, CRM, scheduling); custody, execution, and infrastructure partners as needed to deliver the Services; professional advisors; and authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety. In a merger, financing, or acquisition, information may transfer as a business asset. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law.

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process on the bases of contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation, as relevant.
